Enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave. We had a fantastic time in this hip new hotel in Blackpool. The location turned out to be unbeatable. The room was light and the staff was welcoming! The bed was very comfy, best sleep ever.
The staff were abusive, didn't expect that coming.

The location is super close to the beach, awsome. The staff was really nice n friendly too, always ready to help. The beds were comfy like my own at home. Overall it was a clean place and we found it relaxing. It was a nice spot to enjoy our time in blackpool.
But the noise from other guests was really bad n we had issues with the shower not working properly. The shared bathroom was kinda gross, like it needed a good cleaning.

Would recommend for a stopover
Comfortable bed, convenient location, an electric kettle provided, made it easy to enjoy a quick cup of tea before heading out to explore the nearby attractions.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of coco beach is fantastic. It's just a stroll away from all the main attractions. The family room we stayed in was spacious and offered enough room for us to relax. The check-in process, although a bit delayed, had its moments. We appreciated the hopeful service from the staff once they arrived.

The family room offered comfortable beds and fresh towels. Cleaning was consistent, and the hot showers were revitalizing after a long day. The outdated decor and the absence of proper cleanliness in the bathroom were concerning. Wi-Fi was advertised but not functional, and the breakfast hygiene left much to be desired, impacting the overall experience negatively.
